On Thursday August 30 2007 at 2:53 AM (PDT) the USArray seismic network recorded an earthquake (preliminary ml 3.4) located off the coast of San Diego.
Initial source parameters for this tremor are indicated below. The epicentral distance (i.e. distance separating the epicenter and the closest station in the recording network, 109C) for the USArray is 25 km (0.23 degrees).
